Ideally located, just up the road from the picturesque cove of Port Quin, and a few minutes' drive from the very popular surfing beach of Polzeath, this spacious accommodation sleeps up to six adults in the three spacious bedrooms, plus up to three smaller people in the children's room.

You will find a large lawn to the front and a sunny, rear patio with garden furniture, a large gas BBQ, a charcoal pizza oven, a firepit and a hot tub, where you can relax and unwind whilst taking in the stunning rural views.

Perfect luxurious house in a peaceful location but only minutes away from surf, cliff walks, waterfront dining and all the coastal activities Polzeath / Rock / Port Issac have to offer. An absolute gem. Dog and child friendly with a particularly brilliant utility room for sorting kit and drying off dogs. We've had a magical stay here.

The kitchen is well-equipped with contemporary units and modern appliances, whilst the dining area can seat up to ten people and is perfect for memorable holiday meals. Here you will also find the added benefit of french doors leading out to the front and rear patio, where you will discover the all-important hot tub. Holiday laundry can be kept out of sight in the generous utility room complete with washing machine and a tumble dryer, ideal for all your sandy costumes.
